Placing Your Order
Take a look at our collections and arrangements, make your selections and add the available items to your shopping cart. Name brand diapers can be selected at this time. Proceed to checkout to place your order. Diaper size is requested after entering in your billing/shipping information. Orders cannot be confirmed until payment has been received. For assistance, contact us via form, email or phone. Note: All orders must be placed 48 hours prior to shipping or delivery.

Payment Methods
We currently accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal (an account isn’t required), CashApp and My Wallet!

My Wallet are funds earned or purchased through SpoilandPamper.Com to apply to future orders or transfer to another user on our website. Full or partial payment can be paid through this method. If a balance is left after application, a second method of payment will be needed.

If paying through CashApp, please enter your CashApp username in the designated field under Billing during checkout. Payment must be sent after your order has been placed. Our CashApp information is provided before you hit Place Order.

Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent to your email once your order has been placed into our system. Your purchased orders will also appear in your Dashboard account under Orders for further confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation email, please see your account or contact us to have it resent.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us to request cancellation for your order.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are issued as store credit if your shipment arrives past the shipping timeframe and reported. Any arrangements, products or merchandise that arrives damaged or defective must also be reported within 7 days and will be reviewed upon knowledge of incident. Photos may be sent to

Full Arrangements cannot be replaced or reshipped. Broken/Damaged glass items will be replaced at no additional cost if product or similar product is available. Otherwise, store credit will be issued for partial discounts, refunds or discontinued merchandise. Store credits can be found in your wallet.

Customers who do not wish to pay at this time, but see an arrangement that you would like to purchase in the future, can add it to your wishlist! Products can be added to your basic wishlist or you can create multiple lists for different occasions and events. Clicking on the name of the occasion will provide you with a link in your browser to share to your social media pages or with friends or family!

Gift Orders/Wrapping
Gift orders can be shipped within the 48 continental US or delivered within a 40 mile radius of Brunswick, Georgia (31522). This option is located on the shopping cart page underneath the coupon code box. It includes order to be gift wrapped with a free message from you to the recipient at no additional charge.
